At Breakeven, we believe it’s important for our clients to know what to expect at each step of their treatment.
Our map below represents a client’s journey with us, starting at telephone assessment and going all the way through to aftercare.
Start the process of recovery and reach out for support now.
Once the referral has been made, one of our dedicated practitioners will contact you within 24 hours to arrange an assessment.
When the assessment is completed, your practitioner will contact you to arrange sessions based on your availability.
After confirming your consent during your assessment, a consent form will be sent to you.
Along your journey you may find it useful to use some other tools to help minimise gambling related harm - Blocking tools, Self- exclusion and Money Management.
During your sessions, your practitioner will work with you to help you achieve your own personal goals for treatment.
Whether you’re coming to the end of your treatment, or you have completed your treatment and are finding yourself having urges to gamble, we can offer you relapse prevention.
Coming to the end of treatment can be an anxious time, but at Breakeven we are here to support you.
Peer support groups for women affected by gambling related harm. For women worried about someone close to them gambling, or struggling with gambling related harm themselves. Online, easily accessible groups that provide a safe space to talk to other women in similar situations, that can offer support without judgement.
Your feedback is extremely important to us, once you have completed your sessions a feedback link will be sent to you.
Once you have completed your sessions with your practitioner one of our team will follow up with you 2 weeks afterwards to identity any additional support needs and offer you the opportunity to comeback to see us if necessary.
At Breakeven we offer Green Shoot Recovery course for gamblers who have come to the end of their treatment.
A tailored Peer Support for anyone affected by gambling related harm through both one to one peer support, and peer support group sessions, managing life on life’s terms, whilst enhancing and developing recovery and growth.
One of our team will follow up with you 3, 6 and 12 months afterwards to identity any needs and offer you the opportunity to comeback to see us if necessary.
